Instructions for Submitting Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) Monthly Summary Reports

Each APHIS-approved EIA testing laboratory is required to submit monthly summary testing reports to the USDA Veterinary Services Equine Health Team as described in VSG 15201.
Laboratories should submit their monthly summary reports using their private URL for their individual laboratory. The URL can be obtained by emailing equine.health@usda.gov. This URL is private for each laboratory. Do not share or distribute your reporting URL. If you have any questions about this method, please contact equine.health@usda.gov for assistance.
