APHIS Posts Investigative and Enforcement Services Annual Enforcement Data Reports
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is posting its fiscal year (FY) 2025 enforcement activity summary data, which provides information about enforcement activities in the areas of biotechnology, agriculture quarantine inspection, animal and plant health, and animal welfare and horse protection.
APHIS’ Investigative and Enforcement Services (IES) investigates alleged violations of the statutes and regulations administered by agency programs and uses a range of tools including official warnings, pre‑litigation settlement agreements, and administrative actions to promote compliance and protect American agriculture.
The FY 2025 data is designed to give stakeholders a clear, consolidated view of APHIS’ enforcement activities.
